Description Of Work: Installed stock Kithen Cabinets and Granite Countertops
Member Comments: I own a rental property in Arizona and a friend of mine referred me to Angies list. I was looking to get some new cabinets installed as quickly as possible because I have some renters coming in at the beginning of March. I must have looked at 10 or 11 different companies and came across Kitchen AZ Cabinets and More. I contacted them and spoke with Jason and within hours he sent me via email a picture of the free design which also included granite countertops, (something that I wasn’t planning on doing, but it looked great in the design they showed me).
I ended up deciding on the European Frameless cabinets in Maple which were installed in 3 days as promised, and they completed the granite countertops in 7 days.
I will be using them again for the 4 other rental properties that I have throughout the area. Thanks Jason! Great Job

Black Glaze on Vanilla Cabinets offers a Unique Look
I have to admit that I usually enjoy stained cabinets over painted cabinets. That being said I really like the look of PCS’s vanilla painted cabinets with an accent of black glaze. One of the most important features of a design for me is versatility. I want to be able to change wall color and accent colors when the whim takes me. With these white cabinets it is possible to do almost anything!
Black Glaze on Vanilla Cabinets in the Kitchen
The following kitchen was completed with PCS’s vanilla painted cabinets with an accent of black glaze. While the wall color is white as well it gives you many different ideas for what could be done to add color. This is the style of kitchen that works well for an open house when you want to sell your home. The neutral color provides the potential home buyer with the opportunity to imagine the color or style of their choice. It also keeps the potential buyer from feeling like they need to make drastic changes to be able to live with the color and style if they don’t like the color you have chose. The stainless steel appliances keep the kitchen from looking washed out in white though I think it would provide a neat contrast to have black appliances with the vanilla cabinets.

The bathroom is an excellent place to use these vanilla cabinets with a black glaze. The following kitchen also used black pulls and faucets. The frame on the shower is also in black. Choosing the right countertops for your kitchen can be a difficult decision. When you posess the right information making that decision can be a lot easier to make. There are multiple different options when it comes to countertops. You have the choice between natural stone countertops like granite, man-made countertops like Corian, laminate, tile and wood. Tile was a very popular option however it has fallen out of popularity and been replaced with a solid surface countertop. One of the reasons that it has fallen out of popularity is because of the grout. The grout needs to be resealed and in some cases replaced every few years. Because we live in Arizona wood countertops are not a normal sight. They are truely a beautiful sight but because of the dry weather that Arizona experiences they require a lot of maintinence. Wood counter tops are covered with a polyurethane seal or frequently rubbed with a mineral oil finish. The dry weather in Arizona lends to cracking and warping faster than other areas.
Natural Stone Countertops like Granite
Granite is becoming a very popular material for countertops in most homes. At one time it was only used in high end kitchen renovations. Now natural stone like granite is more readily available and more people are taking advantage of this oppertunity. Granite is the most popular option for natural stone though there is also slate, marble and soapstone. Granite comes in a wide variety of colors and no two stones will be exactly alike. For a unique looking kitchen granite is one way to go. Granite is a very durable surface that resists scratches. The only important thing to consider is that a non abrasive cleaner must be used for everyday cleaning or you will wear away the sealant that is placed on the granite. The sealant must be replaced every 10 to 15 years.

Laminate countertops are a popular choice and because of the price they are an easy way to update a kitchen. Laminate countertops can be done in any color. The most important thing to consider however is that if the laminate is scoarched or scratched it can not be fixed. The only way to get rid of blemishes on laminate countertops is to replace the countertop.
Man-Made Countertops like Corian
Man-made countertops like Corian are one of my favorites. Man-made countertops can be made in any color and can be made with special features built right into the countertop. The countertops are highly stain, scratch and burn resistant. If by chance you do manage to stain, scratch or burn the countertop it can be sanded out and the countertop will be as good as new. This is why man-made countertops like Corian are the lifetime choice for countertops.
